Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Don’t miss out on this apprenticeship opportunity! We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Apprentice Business Administrator to join our team in Clarion Futures.
This is a busy and varied role, where you’ll provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship Team, part of Clarion Futures. You’ll be trained and supported to manage various roles within the team including the team inbox, managing and uploading vacancies onto our website, screening candidates that have expressed an interest in live vacancies, arranging and organising marketing materials, finance and budgets, ordering team merchandise and performing audits on stock levels.
You’ll help keep the Apprenticeship Team on track by organising meetings, booking rooms, recording meeting actions, collating monthly reports, and updating our team spreadsheets and database systems. You may also be asked to help the wider team to organise and deliver national and regional events.
To be successful, you’ll come to us with good written and verbal communication skills and a desire to learn and complete the relevant qualifications for this apprenticeship. You’ll show a passion for Customer Service and possess good IT, organisational and planning skills.

As part of the role, you’ll be studying towards a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship and studying for your NVQ qualification. You’ll develop new skills and behaviours which will support your personal development and progression. Where you have not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, you must complete these before taking your final assessment.

If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to attend a building futures session on 1st May 2025. Following this session, if successful you’ll be invited to attend a final interview on either 6th and 7th May 2025.
