Our busy Edinburgh office is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join their team as a Sales Consultant. A company vehicle will be made available for use. A Full UK driving licence is essential.
ROLE OF THE DEPARTMENT
The role of the department is to identify and secure new valuation opportunities, successfully convert valuations to new business, ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients' properties, maintain and manage an active database of buyers, negotiate the best possible offer for each and every client, identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm, and provide an efficient, reliable, and professional service at all times.
JOB PURPOSE
A multifaceted estate agency position focused on:
1. Finding buyers for the properties we are marketing and managing our applicant bank.
2. First point of contact for enquiries coming into the branch through telephone, e-mail, portal leads, and walk-ins to the office.
3. Assisting our negotiators to manage a portfolio of properties ensuring professional and reliable service.
4. Maximising business leads for other legal and financial services.
5. Providing the marketing team with social media content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle client objections/conflict.
2. Provide advice and recommendations on marketing and pricing strategy (i.e. aged stock/problem properties).
3. General property administration duties.
