Provide typing, secretarial, and administrative support to the team.
Assist with digital dictation and administrative tasks in line with the company’s workflow ethic.
Transcribe and prepare correspondence and documents using audiotyping and word processing.
Operate the case management system, including storing documents electronically.
Handle administrative routines such as scanning, faxing, printing, and photocopying.
Manage client/matter files, including filing, file opening, client care letters, and archiving.
Use the strong room for document retrieval and management.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
