Based in Stirling, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Community Engagement professional to strategically develop Council’s engagement framework and deliver the plans and initiatives to support it. This is an opportunity to build an inclusive and creative engagement culture in the Adelaide Hills to deliver better community outcomes and minimise risk.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* A degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline and/or an equivalent level of expertise and experience across community engagement planning and delivery, contemporary engagement methods and trends, and stakeholder mapping and engagement reporting.
* The ability to manage a dynamic and diverse community engagement program in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders across all levels of council, from the elected body through to individual teams and community groups.
* Experience working on infrastructure, town planning, environmental and policy projects would be highly regarded.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* A satisfactory National Police Check and a current Working With Children Check.
