Chef - Full Time (35 Hours)
About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving exceptional food experiences that delight our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing high-quality food that meets our exceptional standards
* Overseeing menu changes and implementing new ideas
* Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and listening to customer feedback
* Supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
* Representing our company and maintaining a positive brand image
* Monitoring inventories and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Requirements:
* City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
* Experience supervising a team and working in a similar Chef role
* Flexible approach to working and ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
