We have a great development opportunity at The Devonshire Fell Hotel, for a Duty Hotel Manager with aspirations to progress with an employer who will support you every step of the way. You will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your monthly pay by up to £267 on average. A full time employee can receive around £3,200 per year in service charge and tips alone. Working in a busy 4 AA Star Boutique Hotel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will assist the Resident Manager in the day to day running. You will serve our guests in a friendly and professional manner, and become knowledgeable of our menus. Your duties will be varied and will include food and beverage service, ordering, stock control and rota planning. You will be part of a tightknit, friendly team. The role is very hands on and will give the successful candidate great experience in the hotel business.
