Job Title: Project Professional – Delivery Location: Barrow-in-Furness. Salary: From £35,802 depending on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Supporting Maintenance of a Performance Management Baseline including schedule, budget and resource profile ensuring regular status updates and changes through the correct application of the change control process Supporting the coordination of multi-functional teams including those procured through the supply chain to effect efficient project performance and delivery Supporting the leadership and direction to the programme Risk Management team ensuring compliance with programme and functional processes and procedures and liaison with the planning and estimating functions Supporting the Project Manager and project team in development and regular updates to the programme and projects planning, control, monitoring and reporting Ensuring effective liaison and interface between all levels of the project team and all identified stakeholders Your skills and experiences: Essential: Understanding of the construction industry and the environmental sector Understanding of contract management (NEC3 or NEC4) Stakeholder engagement experience Desirable: Educated to foundation degree level or equivalent in a recognised project management qualification IOSH or ISSSTS certified Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts – you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
