Sales Controller Vacancy!!!
My client is expanding and growing their business and is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Controller for their Bedford Branch.
You will have:
1. At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
3. An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
4. A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example
The Role
Ideally you will be in a similar role or be an accomplished senior sales executive looking to move up to the next level. This is a sales role and as such you will be required to sell our products as well as support your team and second-face their customers.
We offer two working patterns, and you have the option to change quarterly:
– 5 days a week (including weekends).
– 5.5 days average (5 days week 1 and 6 days week 2) (including weekends)
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to:
5. Drive the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
6. Support, coach and mentor your team and lead by example at all times
7. Ensure your pitch is presentable at all times in line with company standards
8. Maintain your stock both on site and online to ensure maximum ROI
9. Consistently improve customer satisfaction
10. Handle any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
Remuneration and Benefits
We offer:
11. Industry leading salary of £25,000 basic (5-day week) or £27,000 (5.5-day week) with an OTE of £40,000
