Are you a people person who thrives on making HR and learning systems run like clockwork?
We’re looking for a hands-on HR & L&D Advisor to join a dynamic team and help take HR to the next level.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the go-to advisor for everything from employee relations to learning and development, guiding managers, trainees, and colleagues with expert advice. You’ll ensure training runs smoothly, support recruitment, and deliver key HR projects that drive business success. Your influence will be felt across the entire business.
Some of the (many) things you will be getting up to:
* Advise on training and development paths for apprentices and keep everything in line with funding rules.
* Support managers with HR queries, from employee relations to best practice.
* Own key projects that improve people strategies and make the business better.
* Handle recruitment support, health & safety compliance, and more.
What you will bring to the table?
* At least 2 years in HR, with a solid grasp of people management and employee relations.
* CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 would be a real bonus).
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
* A passion for making HR processes smooth, effective, and employee-focused.
