What We Offer:
* £80-£100 per day
* Behaviour Mentor role in Ealing
* AWR compliant rates of pay
* Full-time position
Requirements:
* Immediate right to work in the UK
* Experience with students with SEND in both Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) settings or mainstream schools
* Patience and understanding approach
* Flexibility and excellent communication skills
* Existing DBS check on the update service
* Experience in augmentative and alternative communication (PECS, Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Rapid Prompting Method) is beneficial, but not essential
Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with class teachers to adhere to the school behaviour policy
* Ensure safeguarding of all pupils under your care
* Work with both teaching and support staff to achieve the best student outcomes
* Foster student independence
* Promote well-being and welfare
