Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and committed to patient satisfaction. Duties
1. Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health, including diagnosing dental conditions and developing treatment plans.
2. Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals with precision and care.
3. Utilise medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
4. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and progress in accordance with practice policies.
5. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
6. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
7. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development and training.
Skills
1. Proficient in medical imaging techniques to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
2. Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dentistry for effective treatment planning.
3. Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating dental restorations is advantageous.
4. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff alike.
5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
