Job Title: Sales and Delivery Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am:5.00pm
Salary: GBP 25,000

Sales and Delivery Administrator Opportunity
: Provide administrative support to the Sales and Delivery Teams
: Manage the ordering, importation, and delivery of special vehicles from Holland and other suppliers
: Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Sales and Delivery Administrator Duties
: Support Internal Teams: Assist Senior Delivery Co:Ordinator, Delivery Co:Ordinators, and Area Sales Managers
: Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone/email, escalate when necessary
: Supplier Liaison: Manage vehicle order processing, purchase orders, and tracking shipments
: Work in Progress (WIP) Management: Investigate and complete jobs, meet departmental KPIs, escalate issues
: Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports, including delivery schedules
: Delivery Schedule Monitoring: Update and communicate changes to stakeholders
: Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records across systems (LIST, VPS, Super Office)
: Stock Management: Support stock:checks for vehicles and equipment on:site
Sales and Delivery Administrator skills/experience required
: Strong customer service, organisation, and multitasking skills
: High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
: Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements
: Strong administrative background
: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
