We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern:
2pm to 10pm, Friday to Saturday
Full, paid training provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!). You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
As a Customer Team Member, your responsibilities include:
1. Providing friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Supporting colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensuring the store is safe and legal — keeping shelves stocked, and prices, dates, and temperatures accurate.
4. Introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to foster team learning.
5. Supporting the local community through involvement in activities and events.
