We have an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Bricklayer to join our team in the North West. This is a great opportunity to develop new skills and build a career.
The main purpose of the apprenticeship is to learn and understand different forms of brickwork and block work and to gain experience whilst on site and in college.

Hours of work will be: 8.00am to 4.30pm - Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm - Friday.
What you’ll do:
1. Construct masonry structures in brick and block
2. Construct cavity wall structures, block work and solid wall structures
3. Form door and window openings and joint finishes
4. Set out and build structures accurately from site drawings
5. Use various tools and brick-cutting machines to cut and shape bricks (once competent)
6. Construct arches and ornamental brickwork
7. Liaise and work with all other trades as required
8. Adhere to health and safety regulations
