HR Advisor
Salary: £35-£37k plus 10% bonus
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Our client are a fast-paced, highly commercial business experiencing significant growth, making this an exciting time to join their team. We're seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to provide generalist HR support, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
The Role:
As an HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting managers across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices
Handling employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance processes
Providing HR support for performance management, including appraisals and development planning
Assisting with various HR projects, such as policy reviews and process improvementsThe Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced, commercial environment
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels
A proactive and problem-solving approach
