Here at Lovell, we are looking for two Quantity Surveyors to join us and work on schemes throughout the Midlands Region.
Long established in affordable housing, Lovells construction business has evolved in recent years to provide a truly national construction solution. Lovell is the nations complete housing partnership specialist and were dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do.
As our Quantity Surveyor, you will provide valuable support to the Commercial team throughout the region, working within a busy department on planned social housing refurbishment schemes. Duties will include managing project cost control procedures, obtaining an understanding and contributing to effective cash management, completing all aspects of sub-contractor administration and identifying and managing risk across a range of projects.
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in planned social housing refurbishment. You'll become an expert at precisely costing buildings from conception through completion while ensuring each project meets all legal and quality requirements.A confident communicator, someone who is happy to apply themselves in a professional environment and liaise with clients and sub-contractors, you will be comfortable going out to projects and properties when required and will actively participate in client meetings.
