Program Manager (Italian & Spanish speaker)
Implementation Specialists (IS) support EU Customer Advisors & Professional Services teams to drive Amazon Business (AB) adoption for purchasing needs. IS's are experts in AB solutions and they are able to setup AB solutions as per Customers’ requirements, internal tools & processes. IS's work closely with Customer Advisor and Professional Services teams in Europe to support implementation and have a key part in Customers’ success to adopt our solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, managing B2B implementations, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals.
Base pay: EUR 1750 gross per month (salary depends on skills and requirements). Additional pay components include a sign-on bonus and eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in the USA. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in a medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, and meal voucher card.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Implement required business policies into Amazon Business account.
2. Drive internal efficiencies initiatives to support increasing number of implementation requests.
3. Challenge, when required, business requirements translated into Amazon Business setup as per declared by Customer Advisors and/or Customers.
4. Oversee program execution including project scheduling and timely delivery.
5. Provide timely, clear, concise, and complete communications to Customer Advisor, Professional Services, and Amazon Business Leadership.
6. Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and request support in escalation management when necessary.
7. Meet or exceed targets for implementation deliveries.
8. Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.
Minimum qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Fluent English.
3. Fluent Italian and Spanish.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Prior B2B Experience/Negotiation or Business Process Management Experience.
2. Attested history of building business requirements and requests for proposal.
3. Strong problem-solving, highly analytical, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
4. Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
