We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (3+ years), account management, and e-commerce, with the ability to generate sales instantly and leverage existing networks to grow the business. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage online platforms, visit wholesale markets, and secure wholesale orders using their resources and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Generate sales instantly by leveraging prior experience and resources.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities both online and offline.
4. Wholesale Market Engagement:
1. Visit wholesale markets to build relationships with potential buyers and distributors.
2. Utilize personal resources and contacts to secure bulk orders and establish long-term partnerships.
3. Develop and implement wholesale strategies to expand the business.
5. E-Commerce Platform Management:
1. Oversee operations of eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, including product listings, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Create and manage promotional campaigns to boost sales on e-commerce platforms.
6. TikTok Ads Management:
1. Develop, execute, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
2. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
4. Develop tailored strategies for both wholesale and retail sales growth.
7. Reporting & Analysis:
1. Track sales performance across platforms and wholesale channels.
2. Provide detailed reports and insights to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in account management or wholesale operations.
2. Demonstrated ability to generate sales and secure new business instantly.
3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop).
4. Experience in managing online advertising campaigns, particularly TikTok Ads.
5. Ability to travel and engage with wholesale markets to build relationships and close deals.
