We are strengthening our Kardex Sales team in England, and currently recruiting for and Area Sales Manager, covering and ideally based in the South East area. This role will require regular travel to our customer sites. Your tasks Generating, developing and closing sales in order to meet individual/team targets and profitable sales growth Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline Reach Territory sales targets in defined territory Generate leads, qualify leads and close sales according to Kardex Sales process Creation of optimal solutions that deliver customer benefit and value for Kardex Foster and maintain strong customer relationships. Negotiate contract and close the deal according to Kardex guidelines. Maintain Salesforce, forecast and other admin to support a successful sales organization Your profile Proven B2B sales experience Consultative selling experience, strategic sales approach focused on identifying and addressing the specific needs and challenges of customers Experience in closing deals Familiarity with the automated storage, intralogistics or warehouse handling equipment sector would be a plus Excellent negotiation skills, joint business planning, organization and planning Resilience and Emotional Intelligence High motivation for sales activity, working to targets and KPIs Experience of CRM software (SalesForce), Excel, Word, and Power point Excellent spoken and written English Driver’s license What we offer You will be joining a technology leader with great team members, where you will be trusted to deliver results and in return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package and development opportunities.
