As the digitalbusiness continues to grow at a fast pace there is now a need for anexperienced Digital Marketing and CRM Manager who will report into theHead of Digital at our Head Office in Poole, Dorset.
About the role
The Digital Marketing &CRM Manager will be responsible for the ongoing traffic management ofdigital marketing activities on Muc-off.com and EU / US websites. Thishybrid role spans performance marketing via affiliates, paid social,PPC all SEO activities and existing first-party database growth andtrading. Including the conception and growth of email automation andsegmentation. Experience in ad creative is a must as working closelywith our design and content teams to craft compelling ads at allstages of the marketing funnel is a vital part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Toestablish and implement a digital, consumer-focused CRM strategyglobally – to reduce acquisition costs and work our existing customerbase harder
* To create database-building campaigns, workingclosely with our marketing department
* To implement regionaland category segmentation for our consumer database and roll outcompelling automations based on data patterns.
* To manage ourperformance marketing agency, setting targets and scrutinising theperformance of our paid channels including Meta, Google, TikTok andMicrosoft
* To lead and report on SEO activities globallyexploiting long-term opportunities via onsite optimisation and closecollaboration with our PR team for outreach activity.
* Toidentify and implement new and emerging digital revenue streams thinkTikTok shop, social commerce and subscriptions.
* Become theowner in digital creative ads from top of funnel Youtube to METAre-targeting creatives you will oversee all creative implementationsetting briefs for design and content teams.
* Lead on therunning of our community-loyalty programme helping our fans createcompelling UGC and working it back into out-reach ads.
* Createcompelling reporting using GA and Shopify reports which is isn’t justinformative but also actionable.
* Lead and conduct experimentsto enrich our knowledge through data – be that on email marketingcreatives, PPC ad copy, or Instagram Reel creative.
* Workclosely with the Digital Experience manager to craft market leadingend to end experience representing the brand at all touch-points.
What we’re looking for
An experienced digital leader with extensive experience indigital marketing acquisition and retention strategy. Who lives andbreathes ROAS with the ability to adapt and evolve as the job demandsrequire.
Experience in working in across-functional, multi-discipline organisation. The ability toinfluence and drive the digital agenda is paramount amongst design,content, marketing and sales functions.
Extensiveexperience managing external agencies and tools of the trade such asShopify, Klaviyo, Dot Digital, flows, automations, Google marketingtools
Must-haves
* With a university degree or equivalent
* DigitalLeadership Experience from strategy to people
* ExpertKnowledge of consumer CRM and Email marketing strategies includingautomations or flows.
* Experience in Shopify plus or verysimilar platforms
* Experience of product and service launchesand management
* Experience building and scaling a team to meetglobal demand
* Very strong digital marketing knowledge fromSEO to PPC and UGC to CRM
* A D2C Pioneer with retailexperience
* Proven Experience leading on-site SEO initiativesultimately building a strategy and reporting on success
* Expert knowledge of Google ads, merchant centre, GA4
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact atall levels of the business
* Experience in content reportingincluding KPI measurement and CRO recommendations
* Expert knowledge of the marketingfunnel and ad creative design for the right audience at the rightstage
* Experience of digital marketing attribution
* Experience of Dot Digital and/or Klaviyo or similar
* A keen interesting in cycling or powersports
* SEOknowledge both on and off site
* Experience in Yotpo rewards
