We are seeking an experienced full time permanentMulti Skilled Engineer, electrically qualified engineer. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm 40 hours a weekat anannual salary of£42,000 witha call out allowance and paid overtime. As an Anabas engineer you will bejoining our amazing team to provide exceptional services to our client. The role will include theundertaking of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fabric maintenance duties and reactive attendances. To complete PPM works, Reactive response works and Statutory testing as delegated by the Helpdesk or line manager. To ensure all work is completed in the safest manner. Some of your key responsibilities will be to undertake PM works in line with SFG20 and ACOPs as delegated by the Helpdesk or line manager/site supervisor, respond to reactive work requests promptly in line with agreed KPI response times and will undertake statutory testing duties as delegated and complete all works as per ACOPs and British Standards To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in the following areas: An understanding and leading by example for health and safety. Understands the relevance of toolbox talks and safe systems of working To hold a relevant professional trade qualification - minimum standard C&G level II or equivalent To be have successfully attained the 17th Edition To Hold relevant Health & Safety qualifications (Training will be provided where necessary) To be able to act as an Authorised Person To have worked with critical standby systems (desirable) To understand the administration and application of a PPM system. To be able to understand and act on both verbal and written instructions/procedures Fully computer literate. To have experience with supervising sub-contracted works and if appropriate reporting on the performance of any sub-contracted works Flexibility over working hours (will be required to work paid overtime on evenings and weekends to ensure work is completed), will be required to be on the on-call rota Sound like the job for you?
