£28K-£40K per annum (DOE) OTE £60K-£80K in First Year + Rewards & Incentives

We are looking for someone to take a seat in our Property Management team, recruiting across the block/property management sector, working with our current client base whilst developing new contacts and clients.
This role would suit either an experienced recruitment consultant or someone from the property management or estate agency sector who understands what Property Management entails and is looking to start a career in Recruitment and all the benefits that it brings (including Mon-Fri working).
There is HUGE opportunity with this role, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress to management and build their own team.

What you will be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?
1. Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
2. Actively targeting new business.
3. Sourcing and selecting candidates for each role
4. Managing candidate administration including time sheets and right to work documentation
5. Using job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
6. Using our tailored data base to assist you when searching for candidates
7. Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in property management
