Hough Green Garage is a busy Vehicle Recovery Company with currently 13 depots, covering the North West, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Wales, providing emergency cover to customers, Motoring organisations and Police Authorities.
An exciting opportunity is available for a Depot Administrator.
As a depot administrator of a busy Site, you are an integral part of a team in providing service without compromise.
You will be able to use your initiative and excellent organisational skills to prioritise daily tasks to ensure the smooth and effective running of the depot
The Role
Key Skills & Experience Required:
• Be part of a team in being responsible for the successful and efficient day to day operation of the depot
• Customer service - Liaise with Authorities, and customers
• Comply with company procedures and legislation
• Ensure processes are fully followed completed within the depot
• Communicate effectively
• Ensure all documentation and personal information is processed in accordance with the companies GDPR policy
• Email resource to Head Office at the beginning of each shift and at the end to allow for efficient workload distribution
• Reconciliation of monies daily

• Commercially aware of the costs incurred by decision making
• Can cope when working under pressure
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and people skills
• Innovative
• Positive attitude lead by example on shift at all times
• Computer literate, fully conversant with Windows based applications (full training will be provided on our systems)
• Must be able to pass Police National Vetting as this is essential for the role
• Experience of using a fork lift truck advantage but not essential
• Motor Trade Experience an advantage but not essential
• Clean Driving licence
