We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Supervisor to be responsible for the delivery of an excellent service which fulfils our contractual obligations. You will support service delivery in a professional, impartial and courteous manner. This is to be achieved within the scope of the contract and in line with Corps Security policies and procedures. A valid SIA Door Supervisor License - essential A valid SIA CCTV License - essential Valid First Aid at Work Certificate Previous security experience in a similar role Effective communication especially on radios Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Full UK Driving License Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: Curate staff rotas alongside the Security Supervisors and officers Ensure the security team are briefed on their posts and duties including incident response Ensure SIA Licenses are checked and recorded and that a high standard is maintained in presentation and uniform Monitor and respond to all building related alarm systems relevant to Security Lead, manage and motivate including monthly 'Job Chats', performance reviews & welfare patrol checks Ensure that all patrol activity is conducted using TrackTik and in accordance with the Assignment Instructions/SOP's First line of support for officer's queries with pay, uniform and annual leave Advise the London Office Manager of any incident or issue that may affect service delivery.
