Location: Northamptonshire
Rate: £32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Safeguarding Team based in Northamptonshire.
As an Adult Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable adults within our community. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, and other professionals to promote independence, well-being, and social inclusion. Your compassionate approach and strong assessment skills will contribute to positive outcomes for those you serve.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
Assessments and Support Planning:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs, considering physical, emotional, and social factors.
* Develop personalised support plans that empower clients to achieve their goals.
* Collaborate with health professionals, care providers, and community resources to coordinate services.
Safeguarding and Risk Management:
* Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns promptly.
* Assess risks related to vulnerable adults and implement appropriate interventions.
* Work within legal frameworks to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
Direct Work with Clients:
* Provide emotional support, counselling, and advocacy.
* Assist clients in accessing relevant services, benefits, and housing.
* Facilitate group sessions and workshops to enhance social skills and resilience.
Collaboration and Multi-Agency Working:
* Liaise with healthcare professionals, housing officers, police, and other agencies.
* Attend case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings.
* Advocate for clients’ rights and needs within the wider system.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
* Complete assessments, care plans, and reports in a timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
