We specialise in servicing the brands we sell, including Case IH, New Holland, Giltrap Engineering, Manitou, Hustler to name a few.
We strive to ensure our workshop has Technicians who have robust knowledge of tractors and specialised training in the most up-to-date technology.
Opportunities:
We currently have opportunities to join our Cambridge and Otorohanga teams as full-time Field or Workshop Service Technicians. Our Field and Workshop based Service Mechanics are highly respected with a vast knowledge of the workings of tractor and farm machinery. We are now looking for individuals to join the team who have an understanding of the modern tractor and associated electronics and are willing and able to join our high-performing team in what is a stellar organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
As one of our valued Service Mechanics, the role provides variety, requires a methodical approach, the ability to problem solve and a customer service focus. In return, as this team is well-established, the wealth of knowledge and experience you will have at your disposal to ensure you are supported at all levels and set-up to succeed. And of course, a very attractive package.
What you will have:
• Service work experience, with a focus on agricultural tractors and machinery.
• Qualified diesel/heavy machinery mechanic (or you may be a qualified auto mechanic who has had exposure to the agricultural world and is willing to learn).
• Diagnosing/ fault-finding skills.
• High standards of workmanship with the ability to complete accurate paperwork.
• A customer-centric focus with the ability to execute high-level customer service.
• Maturity, sound work ethic and high-level communication skills.
