Job Title: Learning and Talent Operations Manager
Location: Office (Bolton) (Hybrid)
Hours: 9-5, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
About the Role
Outcomes First Group is hiring a Learning and Talent Operations Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for an Operations Manager to provide first-class responsive and efficient operational support that enables the delivery of learning and talent strategy and activities, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Management:
o Lead the L&T operations team, providing coaching, performance management, and resource planning.
o Cultivate a high-performing team culture, aligned with OFG's values and strategic priorities.
2. Operational Excellence:
o Drive and maximize operational performance to meet strategic goals, targeting an NPS of +70.
o Develop and refine systems, processes, and workflows to deliver superior customer service.
o Monitor and manage budgets related to L&T activities.
3. System Ownership:
o Act as the owner of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its functionality meets organizational needs.
4. Strategic Planning and Proactive Support:
o Anticipate future strategic requirements and align operational practices accordingly.
o Provide rapid-response support for OFSTED visits and compliance needs.
5. Key Program Oversight:
o Manage operational components of L&T initiatives, including induction programs, apprenticeships, qualifications, and leadership programs (e.g., NPQs, TOT).
o Oversee scheduling, compliance reporting, and training logistics.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in operations management within learning, talent, or HR settings.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
* Familiarity with LMS systems.
* Expertise in customer service delivery and process optimization.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
