About the Role
As a Mobile App Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. These apps will interface directly with our locking systems, ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-friendly experience. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility alongside collaborative in-office days in Wednesbury.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mobile App Development: Build, maintain, and enhance mobile applications for Android and iOS.
2. Cross-Platform Performance: Ensure apps are optimised for responsiveness and functionality on both platforms.
3. UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with designers to create intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
4. API Integration: Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication with our locking systems.
5. Testing & Security: Perform rigorous testing and enforce strong security protocols.
6. Documentation & Teamwork: Maintain detailed technical documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
2. Experience with Node.js and API development.
3. SQL proficiency for data integration and analysis.
4. Familiarity with AWS Cognito for authentication.
5. Fluent French (spoken) is essential.
Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of mobile security best practices and architecture patterns.
2. Debugging and problem-solving expertise.
