Reporting directly to the Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Manager, you will:
* Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to develop and execute strategic talent attraction programs.
* Plan regional talent attraction campaigns, crafting compelling proposals for hiring managers and securing their approval before launching impactful lead generation initiatives.
* Create effective marketing collateral and develop inspiring content that showcases our unique opportunities and employer brand.
* Support other recruitment marketing efforts as required, driving Avantor's employer brand to new heights.

What we're looking for:
Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field is required or 5 years of directly related work experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing/creative role supporting advertising campaigns and social media content development.
Certifications: Google Analytics Individual Qualification is required
