Part Time Product Administrator
Location: Operations Centre, Lichfield
Hours: 25 hours per week. Monday - Friday: 9am - 2:30pm (can be flexible - please enquire)
Clarendon Fine Art, the world’s largest and fastest-growing network of contemporary art galleries, is on the lookout for a Product Administrator to join our dedicated Product department. As we approach the opening of our 90th gallery, we continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences while expanding our business. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in administration and invoicing who are looking for a varied role in a unique business.
About the Role:
As an Invoice Administrator, you will play a key role in the processing of invoices and maintaining smooth financial operations across the business. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
* Processing and inputting invoices
* Posting invoices to the ledger
* Liaising with various departments to resolve queries and support team members
* Investigating discrepancies between goods received and invoices, and making necessary corrections
* Preparing consignment sales reports for artists and liaising with them to obtain invoices, while resolving any arising issues
