You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, delivering high-quality instruction, and supporting their overall development. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective classroom management abilities, and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young minds. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons based on the curriculum guidelines, ensuring they are appropriate for the age and abilities of the students. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, collaboration, and respect among students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a disciplined and safe learning environment. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to develop and implement a cohesive curriculum that meets educational objectives. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, grades, and assessments. Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support the social and emotional development of students, fostering a positive classroom community. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field. Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, preferably in a similar temporary capacity. Sound knowledge of primary curriculum guidelines and educational best practices. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues. Highly organized, with the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a temporary assignment through a recruitment agency. Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational advancements. Successful completion of background checks and any other necessary screening required by the recruitment agency and the school.
