I am currently working with an Insurance client in London who are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team.Responsibilities:
1. Deliver 1st and 2nd line support, resolving technical issues and maintaining high service availability.
2. Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
3. Diagnose and support Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and RDS environments.
4. Implement and manage Windows deployment tools such as MDT and Autopilot.
5. Manage IT assets, including distribution, returns, and maintenance of equipment.
6. Ensure servers and desktops receive regular software patches and security updates.
7. Provide technical assistance to VIPs, senior management, and board members when needed.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. Strong troubleshooting abilities in end-user IT support.
2. Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
3. Experience with PowerShell scripting and networking (LAN, WAN, VOIP).
4. Understanding of virtual server technologies and IT service management best practices.
5. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
6. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT support.
