Description
Coordinate and manage the bid process from start to finish.
Compile, edit and proofread commercial proposals to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
Work closely with various internal teams to gather necessary information for bids.
Maintain and update a library of company data and documents relevant to bids.
Track and report on bid outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide support to the Marketing department on related tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the bid process.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform bid strategiesProfile
A successful Bid Coordinator should have:
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
