THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our high-performing Business Development Team!
We are looking for ambitious sales professionals who are confident at making outbound calls to our commercial clients. Resilient and forward-thinking, you'll aim to speak directly to the decision maker. Exercise your skills and expertise in RVT's core products and services and build rapport, ask key questions to gain quality leads, and secure call backs, enquiry responses, and scheduled meetings while building awareness and upholding the RVT brand.

YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:
1. Successfully calling existing customers to gain new business, making 30 - 50 outbound calls per day.
2. Taking ownership of identifying and winning new leads and business within internally agreed parameters.
3. Being resilient and persistent to engage and track down projects to see how we can support them on-site.
4. Actively contributing to team efforts and performance with a focus on profitable new revenue generation.
5. Developing and growing your knowledge of RVT core services and products.
6. Developing and managing your workload to hit KPIs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

2. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
3. A solid background and experience in sales.
4. Demonstrated customer-centric and commercial mindset.
5. A tenacious, resilient, and enthusiastic attitude.
