* Globally renowned events business is looking to hire a super talented and highly driven Senior Expo Sales Manager to join their highly successful sponsorship sales team working across a leading, flagship expo portfolio. This role is selling into the French market so fluency in French is a must here.
£60,000 – £90,000 Base Salary DOE + (Uncapped Commission) + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
1. Grow relationships with key accounts by planning and tailoring their marketing activities using a consultative approach with the intention of growing YOY spend.
2. Generate new business, increase pipeline and bring on new prospects.
3. Sell high-value sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.
4. Pitch clients over the phone and through face-to-face meetings.
5. Attend competitor events – Travel to the US, Asia, and Middle East.
6. Act as a market specialist and ensure you have the knowledge to do so via internal and external resources.
7. Consultative selling is a key part of this role; the right candidate should be able to sell creatively through solution-led selling.
Profile of Candidate:
1. 7 years+ in B2B sponsorship sales – ideally from a large-scale expos background delivering over £1m in revenue a year.
2. Fluent in French.
3. Strong new business and account management capabilities.
4. Degree educated ideally.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Successful track record achieving high revenue targets.
7. Someone with a consultative sales approach is a necessity here.
