Crampton & Moore is a family business operating in the electrical retailer sector with local stores and a large online operation. We have an impressive Superstore at our headquarters in Catcliffe, Rotherham and due to an increase in sales we are now looking for an additional Aftersales Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team. The ideal person will be looking for a role with responsibility and autonomy, be someone who gets a real buzz from sorting out customer queries - if you think this could be you please read on.
Position Overview:
As an Aftersales Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for post-sales support. We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer service role and truly understands the meaning of customer care. The role requires exceptional teamworking skills as you will be liaising with our warehouse, our stores, various manufacturers, couriers and customers throughout the day. This is a varied role and you will need to see each task to its' conclusion.
What the role will involve:
* Answering customer queries via telephone, email and social media.
* Dealing with customer messages, queries, complaints etc on Amazon and eBay platforms.
* Liaising with manufacturers, couriers, stores.
* Handling customer complaints thoroughly and effectively whilst maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.
* Actioning return requests from customers.
* Issuing replacement product or refund as per customer request.
What the successful candidate will have:
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
* Experience in a similar Customer Service/Administrator role.
* Proactive, professional attitude with strong organisational skills.
* Good communicator both orally and in written format.
* In addition you will need tenacity and assertiveness when dealing with returns to manufacturers and couriers.
* All our Aftersales Customer Service Advisor must be willing to work occasional weekends, evenings and bank holidays if required.
