Job summary We have a fantastic year-long opportunity for a senior therapist withsignificant clinical experience in Cardio-respiratory, Critical Care or Surgery, to undertake the clinical lead role supporting our Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists working in our CRIS Therapy Teams. There is an operational component of the role in terms of facilitating flow and discharge within the Trust and ensuring that we deliver effective and efficient therapy services by competent and engaged clinicians. You will support with the transformation and modernisation of our services so that we meet the increasing demand through developing new ways of working, new models of care, or new roles. You will be supported by Therapy Manager for Occupational and Physiotherapy and you will work closely with other Clinical Leads withing the therapies department. Applicants should have an Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy Degree and current registration with the HCPC. They should have a Masters level qualification or able to demonstrate that they are working at this level.
