• Oversee the customer service team to ensure exceptional service in our grocery shop and wholesale operations.
• Develop and implement effective customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
• Train and evaluate customer service staff on product knowledge and performance.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and inventory departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in developing promotional strategies and customer loyalty programs.
