Work in Canada Who said an office had to have walls? Cool jobs in even cooler places – give your CV a lift with a 4-6 month ski or summer season job in Canada. With visa assistance, a pre-arranged job, and arrival support to sort all the bank account and nerdy tax stuff – JENZA Work Canada is the ultimate way to earn and explore. With scenery that will happily blow your ski socks off – you'll get to live in one of the most beautiful places on the planet alongside other 18-30-somethings who think like you do. The job bit To hit the ground/slopes running and start earning as soon as you land, we include a 4-6 month seasonal job with one of our 20 summer or ski season employers. Summer jobs start in Apr/May and winter jobs in Nov/Dec. Typical jobs include working as a lift attendant, server, cook, barista, retail assistant or housekeeper – in locations including Whistler, Banff, Jasper and more. Not a country fan? We also have year-round construction jobs and hospitality jobs in the cities. The money bit You can expect to earn between CAD $16-$24/hour, with professional positions such as ski instructors, chefs and baristas earning more. Most of our employers also include subsidised staff housing, lift passes and rental – so it’s a great way to stay social, save your salary, and work on your skills. The visa bit To work in Canada, you’ll need to be eligible for an IEC working holiday visa. This allows 18-30 or 35 year olds (depending on your nationality) to work in Canada doing casual or career work for 1-2 years (again, depending on your nationality). Like the first time you see maple syrup poured onto your fry up, the visa process can be confusing. Our JENZA Support Squad are there to guide you through it, plus help with job advice, interview prep and to book your arrival nights. This is a paid program, and will include a job as part of that program.
