About the role As the Warehouse Team Leader for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will be the lead of our team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring colleagues operate in an efficient and safe manner whilst providing daily support and guidance to maximise output. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Provide strong leadership and guidance to our Warehouse Operatives Leading through demonstration, show and assist our Operatives how to effectively maintain the warehouse Scanning returned equipment into the correct area prior to cleaning. Ensuring all stock control processes are followed at all times and all items are in the correct location. Booking new stock in and barcoding appropriately Photographing non-stock equipment and competently adding them to the online catalogue with correct description Occasional visits to clients’ houses and assisting in delivery and collection of equipment, maintaining an empathetic and professional manner at all times Unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and competent manner Use of a scanner to move stock and pick items of equipment for deliveries Maintain high standard of housekeeping in the Warehouse at all times, demonstrating this to the warehouse operatives in order to keep up company best practices About you Above all, you will identify and align with our company values: We keep our promises.
