We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality assurance. The Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our organisation.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure all vehicles are inspected on a 5-weekly basis
2. Ensure all vehicles have an annual MOT and Road fun licence
3. Ensure all vehicles with lifts have a valid LOLER inspection
4. Ensure all vehicles have valid tachograph calibration certificates
5. Maintain break down logs
6. Ordering of commercial parts and consumables
7. Overseeing the compliance administration for the fleet, assisting all depots with their servicing and maintenance
8. Assist with ISO 9001 and 14001
9. Any ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
5. Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance practices.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is essential.
