We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Peregrine.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead procurement activities, drive process improvement, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within a procurement environment, holding a CIPS L4/5 qualification, and possessing a high standard of procurement competence in key areas such as sourcing, process knowledge, contracting skills, and supplier management.
In this role, you will formulate and execute robust procurement strategies, engage in high-level negotiations with suppliers, guarantee timely and cost-efficient acquisition of goods and services, and leverage expertise to assess and select suppliers based on quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
You will also be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancement, integrating industry best practices to elevate efficiency and operational effectiveness, optimising resource utilisation, ensuring procurement activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations, and monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
* Maintain and improve systems providing information required for reporting.
* Manage revenue streams from FIT Installations.
