Role Summary
The Clinical Audit & Effectiveness team have an exciting opportunity to join them. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fulfil the role of Clinical Audit Facilitator. The role will support and contribute to the implementation of the Trusts Clinical Audit Programme.
About the Role
To promote and support the culture of learning and improvement through assurance, evaluation, of patient care through the facilitation of Clinical Audit and Effectiveness activity in the Trust, by:
1. Assisting with the development, delivery, reporting and promotion of a robust and effective Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Programme
2. Facilitating national and local clinical audit & effectiveness projects, related to Trust priorities/objectives, corporate requirements and specialty priorities, through to action planning and implementation.
3. Promoting and encouraging a culture that is committed to continuously improving and providing high quality patient services
To facilitate a clinical audit caseload: this may be a mix of local, Trust wide or National Audits.
Working Pattern: 24 hours per week, working pattern to be agreed. A mix of working from home and being on site.
