SOL Connect is an established, multi-award-winning digital Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Service that empowers people to live independently in their own homes within the community. Integrating cutting-edge technology with person-centred planning, we collaborate with people to create TEC solutions that work for them.
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven social care professional to join our Senior Management Team and play a key role in establishing SOL Connect in a new Health and Social Care Partnership.
Job Purpose
As the SOL Connect Service Manager (Inverclyde), you will be instrumental in establishing the service from the ground up in a new area, driving innovation and excellence in our offering to the citizens of Inverclyde.
Your role will involve fostering strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Health and Social Care Partnership to promote the positive outcomes that our TEC solutions can assist people achieve.
In this leadership position, you will provide direction and support to the newly established SOL Connect Inverclyde Team, ensuring that service delivery is of the highest quality.
Minimum Requirements
1. An SVQ level 4, or someone who is already working towards this qualification is essential as well as being already SSSC registered.
2. You will have experience of managing services that provide support to people with varying support needs, as well as experience of delivering change in a complex stakeholder environment.
3. A high standard of computer literacy and strong leadership and people management skills are essential for this post.
