The Warehousing and UK Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our logistics and warehouse operations in the UK. This involves managing the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of products.
2. Supervise a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Organize the proper storage of goods and ensure that inventory is accurately tracked.
Logistics Coordination:
1. Coordinate the transportation of goods to and from the warehouse, ensuring on-time deliveries and collection.
2. Work closely with transport companies and third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules.
3. Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
Training, Communication & Reporting:
1. Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
2. Provide regular updates and reports on deliveries and warehouse performance.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery or inventory issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:
1. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in warehouse or logistics coordination.
2. Education: A relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse management is an advantage.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK logistics, health and safety guidelines, and best warehouse practices.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
