Reinsurance Design Support
9-month fixed term contract
Salary: circa £40,000
Location: Norwich
This is an excellent job for someone experienced with change, risk and controls, who is highly organised and enjoys working as part of a high performing team. The role is a secondment for 9 months to cover paternity leave.
We are looking for someone to play a hands-on role to ensure safe design and controls are adhered to as part of System implementation.
A bit about the job:
The Reinsurance Design Support role will be part of a specialist reinsurance team based in Norwich. This role will report directly to the Project Lead and will be the guardian of the Reinsurance system.
Main Responsibilities:
* Being the gatekeeper for role profiles and the service catalogue including authority limits, approvals and SLAs
* Flagging concerns or issues around strategy or service relating to any in scope application, supports the Business Product Owner with the system strategy
* Providing a layer of design support to provide direction
* Maintaining and storing documentation around change requests and progress
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
* Previous Risk / Audit / Project Management experience from a system or process
* Ability to produce and track progress reports, IT literacy (Excel, PowerPoint)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong relationship skills, dealing with multiple teams
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and deadlines
What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary around £40,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
