You must have experience as a Bartender and working with cocktails in order to be considered for this role, and without this experience, your application can unfortunately not be considered.

As Mixologist / Cocktail Bartender you will:
* Be professional, highly organised and have a friendly persona
* Guest focused and ensure each guest has an enjoyable experience
* Serve guests offering knowledgeof the fantastic cocktail and wine menus
* Help to ensure the bar is running to a high standard at all times
* Produce all manner of beverages, including freshly made cocktails.
* Be able to lead by example and build strong relationships with colleagues and clientele
