We are looking for someone who has good communication skills, keen eye for detail and time management, able to make decisions under pressure and has the can-do attitude. You will be working closely with the Sales Managers and their Teams from each site, four of which are in different locations to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and vehicle handover experience.
We would ideally want someone who has experience within the Kerridge Dealer Management System but would consider someone who has experience with other Dealer Management Systems.
More about the role:
1. To ensure all vehicle documents are correct and comply with FCA regulations.
2. Manage the Paperless System – iStores.
3. Manage Inter-co/external vehicle purchases – making sure all documents have been received and are correct and then brought into stock correctly for each location.
4. Control of the “Vehicle delivery log” for each location, making sure correct delivery dates have been updated and all relevant documents are signed by the customer and management team.
5. Making sure all Invoices, Warranties etc are processed before the customer arrives at the dealership.
6. Working closely with the Accounts Team to ensure all cash is received and logged and if on Finance we have the pay-out acknowledgment.
7. Ensuring all vehicle costs have been applied to the stock record prior to the VSB close each month.
8. Manage the vehicle funding process to ensure all stock is funded correctly.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous Sales Administration experience.
2. Experience of working within a dealership.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Experience of managing your own workload.
5. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
6. Excellent organisation and time keeping skills.
