Our client is award winning prime residential mortgage lender. Dueto expansion they’re seeking to hire a Sales Director to be based inLeeds where there is a hybrid working policy in place. The salary isup to £95,000 plus 40% bonus.
You will overseethe firm’s sales strategy and take ownership of achieving revenuetargets through intermediary channels. You will lead a high-performingbusiness development team, build and maintain strong relationshipswith key intermediary firms and networks, and drive the successfulexecution of sales initiatives.

What is expected of the Sales Director?
* Seeking out clients and building workingrelationships with the premier brokers
* Building strategicrelationships with targeted intermediary firms and networks
* Leveraging those relationships to ensure business flow acrosscustomer segments and product lines as a ‘provider of choice’
* Maintaining a market-leading presence in all industry(networking) events and exploiting that presence to commercialadvantage.
* Managing the broker panel of the firm
* Ensuring high levels of customer service for all brokers andcustomers
* Developing strategies to keep the firm competitiveand innovative
* Identifying valuable emerging markets
* Serving as a business representative at major industryevents, conferences and trade shows

* Strong ability to analyse evolving marketdynamics and develop strategic sales and marketing plans in response
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with exceptional skillsin prioritising and managing a dynamic and fast-paced workload
* Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communicationskills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated expertise inbuilding and maintaining effective partnerships with externalstakeholders
* Understanding of KPIs that drive the businessand their impact on business outcomes, with the ability to analyse,interpret, and act on data to drive strategic improvements
* Extensive experience in marketing and sales management withinthe intermediary industry, backed by a proven track record of drivingsuccess and achieving high-performance outcomes.
