Behaviour Support Worker
Are you experienced in supporting children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) difficulties?
We need dedicated Behaviour Support Workers for an SEN school in Bradford, with the role starting as soon as possible.

- Hours: 08:30am - 03:30pm
- Contract Type: Long-term
- Minimum Rate of Pay: £85 per day
Experience
- Relevant experience in a school or similar setting
- Experience supporting children and young people with special educational needs, particularly SEMH difficulties
- Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively and lead learning within groups, using appropriate strategies to support pupils in settling to learn
- Experience with restorative practices
Training and Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent
- Specific training in interventions, SEN, or SEMH
- Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD)
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for one
- Provide two professional references
